Items will be delivered by either Fed-Ex or Interlink Express. Larger heavier items may be delivered either by our own transport or with Palletways.
All of our postage charges are for deliveries Monday to Friday during office hours. We may be able to arrange other times although these may be subject to a surcharge - please enquire.
If you wish to collect your item to save the delivery charge this can be arranged.
We offer a full 14-day money back guarantee, which covers the full purchase price of the item. If you wish to return the product for any reason this must arranged within 14 days of receipt. Once the item has been returned in the condition it was received in you will receive your refund (please note that due to card processing times it may take 7-10 days to show back in your account). We can arrange for the return of the item for you, we will then deduct the relevant charge from the refund. We will not be responsible for any return postage costs except in the following circumstances.
In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged we will arrange for collection of the whole item (or damaged part). Once returned to us we will assess the item and if we find the damage has occurred during transit or as a result of a problem during manufacture we will provide a replacement product. This will then be returned to you at no cost.
Please note that to enable safe shipping of furniture items these are supplied flat packed for home assembly. I am afraid that we are not able to ship any furniture items fully assembled through the courier network as there would be a high risk of damage occurring during transportation.
